Sometimes you find something really worth to mention and this happened just now. If you ever go to Alacati and your body craves burger, this is the place to go! Bozok Gören (pic right) worked as a model, bartender and later as a bar manager in New York, before he opened hes first own restaurant called Porch. After coming back to Turkey he settled down in Alacati and 2013 he opened Barn Burger in the old premises of 15Eylul.
Bozok definitely knows the secrets for making the beefs & buns taste right. Take just one note and order the meat as medium. This Southern style burger heaven has a menu, which I have now added to my bucket list.
